Martín was born on 5-19-1954 in Almazora, Castellon.

Mikel Abete
A Partner of the firm, Mikel graduated in Law at the
University San Pablo CEU, with a specialisation in EC Law. After collaborating
with the London-based Sinclair Roche & Temperley firm in 1995, he joined
Artoli's team in 1996. Mikel specializes in handling international projects.
He
is experienced in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, including providing
assistance in Spain in relation to foreign bankruptcy proceedings, as well as
representing foreign creditors against Spanish companies in insolvency and
bankruptcy proceedings. In 2005, he participated in the Aliter Master by teaching
a course on the legal aspects of investments in China.

Kenneth Bonavia
Mr. Bonavia graduated in Law at the University of Barcelona
in 1989 and registered at the Barcelona (1990) and Balearic Islands (2001) Bars.

Climent Ripoll
Climent has been a member of the Artolie Consultaria team
since 2001. He manages and mentors a team of lawyers that focus on a particular
category of claim within our specialist area of practice. He and his team are

in their area of law. He recently assisted with the settlement of claims relating

John Richard Braddock
John practices primarily in the areas of international
commercial law, inheritance and taxation. Her focus is on establishing
multinational companies in Spain, as well as tax and estate planning. John was
born in Spain in 1966. John graduated with honors in 1988 at the Law School of
the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. John holds a Master's in corporate
taxation at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and four years of
post-graduate studies in civil and commercial law. In 1996, he completed his
studies at Harvard University with courses in business law and taxation.
John's professional experience began in Madrid as an attorney specializing in
securities, financial institutions, banking law, and taxation. In New York, John
joined a financial services institution to provide financial planning to individuals and
corporations. He then worked at a law firm focusing on corporate law and estate
planning.
